Inclusive Design seeks to make learning accessible to all and is the responsibility of every member of staff at the University.
It is an iterative, collaborative process where both students and staff journey together to enhance and refine learning experiences so that they are engaging, stimulating and challenging, whilst reflecting curriculum and professional requirements and the context in which these experiences take place.
Inclusive design should be a constant dialogue which drives and shapes teaching practices and material creation so that these effectively meet the needs of all involved as they explore and develop.
