Chatback is a web based feedback tool developed by the HWB TEL team in partnership with the Faculty Learning Enhancement Team. It has been created to support a project led by Catherine Arnold which seeks to look at how we gather and respond to the wider student voice.
The resource allows students to provide up-to 30 seconds of audio feedback via their mobile devices, laptop or desktop computer. These audio comments are then automatically forwarded to an identified email account for collation and review.
