Each volunteer in TRS can have:
One user account (associated with 1 email address)
Multiple registrations (for multiple events/sites)
If you need to do the following:
Update a volunteer's schedules
Update their profile
Cancel their registration
Add a note
View their payment history
View their email history
Login as them to view their Dashboard

If you need to do the following:
Change a volunteer's email address
Remove their extra email
Register them for an event
View their email history for all events
