In every report, you will find the option to email or send text messages (SMS) to the volunteers/registrants. Determine which report you need first (see here), then go here to find the instructions to:

• Create email templates

• Send email/SMS to registrants

• Attach file hyperlinks, maps, images to emails

• Check email history

• Check email delivery status

• Resend email to the same group
