Alternative Education

MVHS Offers both Credit Recovery and Missouri Option to qualified students.

• Students must live within the Mt. Vernon school district and be enrolled in Mt. Vernon High School to be eligible for either program.
• Edgenuity is the primary instructional tool for those participating in Credit Recovery.
• Students wishing to participate in Missouri Option should contact the MVHS counseling office for more details.
