Professional appointment: Assistant Professor and researcher at the School of Education of Austral University in Argentina.
Professional profile: Teacher with 28 years of uninterrupted experience and a university professor since 2013, specializing in school organization and management, leadership, and school improvement. He currently teaches in the Master's program in Educational Leadership and in the Bachelor's program in Educational Organization and Management at Universidad Austral. He supervises and serves on evaluation committees for undergraduate and postgraduate theses and collaborates with the Master's program in School Leadership at Universidad Villanueva in Madrid.
He previously served as Supervisor of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education of the Province of Santa Fe, where he oversaw the implementation of policies and advised school principals. For more than ten years he worked as principal of a higher education college and was also involved as a consultant in the development of educational projects within the Consultorio Emprendedor Program of the Ministry of Economic Development and Production of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
His mission as a professor, researcher, and practitioner is to drive improvements in education by studying leadership practices and helping schools transform into learning communities in times of growing complexity and uncertainty.
Areas of scholarship: school leadership practices to promote and sustain changes in the grammar of schooling, development of professional learning communities.
Teaching foci: school leadership, teacher leadership, grammar of schooling, educational change, professional learning communities.
