Training of Principals in Leadership Practices:
Coordinator of the Educational Management Program for Learning Improvement (GEMA, by its Spanish acronym), with comprehensive support from UNICEF Argentina. This hybrid training program for principals in leadership, organizational, and school management practices was implemented from 2012 to 2017 in four Argentine provinces (Corrientes, Chaco, Jujuy, and Salta). It was approved by 1,483 directors in charge of 1,368 primary and secondary schools attended by approximately 469,000 children and adolescents.
Developer of SMILE (GEMA) ALERT, an early alert system that empowers principals with real-time, actionable data on student performance and key risk factors like non-attendance and over-age, enabling timely intervention. Approach was selected as an innovation for presentation at:
