● Conducted the morning staff meeting.
● Hosted a guest lecture from the host institution. Hosted a zoom, recorded, introduced the lecturer and facilitated the questions from the students.
● Made an announcement of the package delivery.
● Participated in one of the staff culture classes.
● Communicated with the staff to discuss what is the best course of action on the last day (Thursday 7/1) after program activities through Zoom in the late evening.
● Communicated with staff who were having trouble submitting a medical form for the students.
● Communicated with the student who needs to leave from the lecture for their doctor’s appointment.
● Communicated with the staff about her certificate being late to be delivered.
(In addition to the Academy administration work, I attended the meeting for R-MC Japanese education related matters. )
