During the program, I used LINE application to communicate with the staff members. It allowed us to have less trouble to do a group chat with a casual way so that the daily communication was flawless. I also added the feature of お茶会 (Ochakai - tea party) concept to the meeting to maintain the relationship among the staff members.

In Japanese, we have a very unique term called 先輩(senpai) which means older graduate, senior, and elder etc. The Resident Assistance (as known as teaching Assistant for the online program) were the former students at the program and I created the Ochakai social event throughout the program.
