It is a relief to have some higher temperatures outside and they look even better for next week! However, we are still dealing with the leftover snow and refreezing from the recent snowstorms. Thank you for your patience during the morning and afternoon traffic as we know the snow does slow things down. Safety is always the most important- it's our #1 rule! Below are some reminders that will aid in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic.

• With the high snow piles, the line of sight is not as clear. Be mindful and proceed slowly as students are crossing the street, because they may not be seen as easily.

• Do not leave your car unattended on the curbside at any time.

• If you choose to park in the lot, you will need to accompany your child to the crosswalk.

• Always remain in your car when dropping off/picking up your child(ren) along the curbs. Staff members will be available to assist your children in exiting or entering a vehicle.

• Children should exit/enter cars through the curbside door only.

• Parents may be asked to move their vehicles if they are blocking designated traffic areas or if vehicles are left unoccupied in the driveway.
