Hello Adams' Tigers!
Hello Adams!
Our students who returned to campus for Modified In Person Learning have done tremendously well! The students are working hard to make sure they keep their masks on while in the classroom. PLEASE make sure that their masks fit well before they leave home. Some of our kiddos are having to constantly adjust them and that can't be fun - I have given out a few smaller sized masks to help them out, but I may not spot them till they've already been struggling with it!
Thank you parents for making sure when you are driving up to pick them up that you are putting their names in your window. We have sent printed out names home with your kids -but just let your teacher know if you need another. If you don't have one you can always make your own too:) This really helps those of us out there trying to move that pick up line along!
It has given us so much joy to have students on campus again and it is our number one priority to ensure their safety. Thank you families for making sure your child never steps foot on campus if they are experiencing ANY Covid-like symptoms which include: headache, congestion or runny nose, diarrhea, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, sore throat, nausea or vomiting and/or chills or fever.
Also, Mesa Public Schools has three openings on the Governing Board and several candidates. I would encourage you to view the candidate forum hosted by the Mesa Chamber and get out and vote! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qq5fuuKxlI8
Thank you as always for your support!
Principal Montez
Please have your child practice wearing their mask so they are ready to have it on for extended periods when they return to school!
Census2020
This is a last plea to encourage you to COMPLETE THE CENSUS! The impacts are very real for our community. Not only could Arizona be looking at increased representation in Congress, we need to claim the federal dollars that support the many needs in our community. Complete the Census today and encourage everyone you speak with to do the same - 2020census.gov
Students who are here for Modified In Person are getting library lessons and checking out books again!

Modified in-person learners - School meals will be available in the cafeteria during breakfast and lunch for students in attendance.
