Confidence
At the beginning of the year, my goal for ownership was to cite evidence to probe and reflect on ideas with the team. I achieved this goal by asking the teacher a question whenever I have one or I can ask a classmate. I will also share my ideas in group projects and try to build off of their Ideas.
Project Evidence: Two projects or assignments that show your ownership
One piece of evidence I have is when I come to school every day on time and I have great attendance and I am a classmate who you can count on to tell you the instructions. How this relates to my taking ownership goal is, if I am someone you can trust to get work done and help you understand the instructions from the teacher you might want to work with me and ask me questions so then I can work on my goal for reflecting on ideas of my partners.
The next piece of evidence I have is when I do tasks without being reminded and complete the tasks on time. I know that this can relate to my goal because if I am not being constantly reminded then I will have a better time helping others which will help my goal because then I can find evidence and add in my teammates ideas.
At the beginning of the year, my goal for helpfulness is to offer to help others do their work if needed.
I achieved this goal by always being there for my partners and helping them if they need it. So far this year I have not needed to help my partners complete their tasks.
Project Evidence: Two projects or assignments that show your helpfulness
One piece of evidence I have is when we did our space exhibition and we were deciding what we should make for our project: tides. I thought we could do something interactive and sort of like a game. We decided to make a spinner and we would each make a diorama for the spinner to land on. We assigned tasks and got to work. I was almost done with my diagram when My partners hadn't even started on the spinner. I helped them complete the task by helping make the springer spin. From there I helped them complete their challenging task.
My second piece of evidence is when I help the team with challenging problems and managing conflicts. I do this process a lot in groups who struggle with finding a solution. Like In digital media I would help my classmates if they didnt know a question or forgot what the teacher said.
