As I move on to 8th grade, I feel more prepared and confident because of everything I have learned about myself this year. I have developed stronger habits around responsibility, time management, and asking for help when I need it. Even though I still have things I want to improve on, like staying consistent with assignments and giving more direct feedback, I now understand how to work through those challenges instead of avoiding them. I also feel more aware of how my actions affect both my learning and my relationships with others. Going into 8th grade, I want to continue building on these skills by staying organized from the beginning of the year, being more proactive with my work, and pushing myself to stay consistent even when things get stressful. I know that I will face new challenges, but I feel more ready to handle them with a growth mindset and take ownership of my learning. I am proud of myself for learning to cope with schoolwork and afterschool balancing and even though I had a rough time towards this end portion of the year, I have learned my lesson and I know I will do better next year when I am in 8th grade.
