I think that my favorite part of this painting is the clouds because I like the way that I painted them differently from the ocean and sun. I got inspired to do this from Luna Lederer in 6A because she did kind of the same thing and I was so inspired that I decided to try and get permission to do something like it. She said yes, and I gave her credit for inspiring me so much.  I think my personal connection to this is the inspiration of why I did it because I would have made the canvas look like this if Luna didn’t inspire me to. I hope that the viewers just know what I painted in the first place and that if they do, they feel calm and content when they look at it.

My favorite part of this artwork is the very tiny mountain that you can just barely see, but was really relaxing to make. This art represents me because this year, even though I was hurt, ski season was really important to me because I love skiing so so much and I can’t wait for next ski season when I can move my foot again. The reason I chose to do watercolor is because when I look at mountains with snow on them they remind me of a watercolor painting.

I think my favorite part of this project is the different layers and the little astronaut in the middle. When we were first starting the project I had the idea to make a little astronaut with a ruler in its hand to represent Scale and Distance. If I were to change anything during the start, I would have made the moon look better and same with the little astronaut because I feel like I could do better with them. I honestly did not think it would turn out this good and I’m really proud of it and had fun making it.
