My goal for respect is Shows Respect to self by using more positive self statements.

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing

I will confront thoughts of failures and support myself with things that make myself feel good

1 others will know I am doing this when they see me powering through work and even encouraging others as well

The difference these actions  will make is:

1. I will increase my learning.  and focus skills and showing a positive attitude all the time.

My goal for integrity is Provides reminders to others to act professionally and do the right thing. 

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Integrity... encouraging people to stay on task and listening to the teacher

presenting myself as a role model for others and doing what is told

I will become more professional and it will show respect to my teachers.

 My goal for Effort is :Seeks out and takes on challenge extensions.

I will ask for extra work if I am done and I will personally commit to working my hardest on my homework

I will become a faster and excelled learner.

My goal for refinement is Actively seeks feedback from others in order to revise their
work

getting help from others and having others look over my work and help me make improvements.

The difference it will make is...

I will grow as a learner and gain many others opinions on my work.

we made resumes for our internships! I think the purpose of making these internships was to give us experience in actually making one and knowing what to put on it. In this assignment I learned a lot including how to get a job, what most company's look for, and how to make your resume look superior to others. On this resume I got a meets and I am very happy with that because I worked very hard on it and I was able to meet the expectations because of how on going I was with my work.
