At the beginning of the year, my goal for ownership was to communicate and manage project tasks

By the end of this year, I have accomplished my goal. One example is the first Americans project for this project I was in a group of 3 and I was really able to communicate with my group like we chose the slides we wanted to do with ease and the exhibition ended up going great. One other example is  the Aztec and Inca project. I was in a group of 4 and I was really great because all my group members and I were able to talk and craft our exhibition together and it ended up with an amazing grade.

By the end of this year, I have accomplished my goal. One example is my environmental problem project. I was working with a partner and we were doing different things. He was doing a poster and when he showed me it I had some critics  and after a little bit we worked on it and then it looked perfect. One other example is our space exhibition for our project we made a game and when my group member came to me with the board I saw it and I pointed out some things and we ended up just starting new and we redid it and It ended up exhibition worthy and that is how I evolved in helpfulness this year.

At the beginning of the year, I demonstrated respect by accepting people's limits and not pushing those limits

I understood respect to mean to follow rules and not interrupting people and their work

By the end of this year, respect means to me to not be rude or annoying especially during a big event also to have good manners around other people one example of this is when I was at a funeral and I was super bored so I watched youtube and I saw a really funny meme and I was about to laugh but I stopped myself before I could do anything and that is how I used respect once one other example is when I was at church I was really bored and I really wanted to tell my mom can we go home but I was in a place that it would not respectful so I stopped and sucked it up and ended up in another good situation.
