This is a slide that contains all the different categories of information about native Americans.
we went on a field trip to Chaco canyon and went on 3 hikes we got to see the homes of the people and there pottery. It was so fun! we got to eat s'mores and spaghetti and meat balls over the campfire! Then we got to sleep with our friends in tents, this was my first time camping in a tent. On this trip my confidence gre because I have never even been in a tent before let alone a out of state camping trip though school. So all of this was a little nerve racking, the packing the driving. but I am very glad that I did go because it was one freaking awesome experience!
On this trip I learned that the native people chose to live here because this place is a national dark sky park and this tribe was like huge on astronomy and they had pictographs of things we need telescopes to see. I also learned that this area was a huge trading area and huge on religion so they had a lot of kivas for like dances and celebrations and a lot of different tribes would meet here for these dances and celebrations and that was my experience at Chaco.
the region I studied was the southeast. I think I did reach the standers for this project because I got a meets on my project. The grading rubric for a meets was positive Attitude about tasks and the work of others assistance group partner in the finished project performed nearly all duties of assigned team role and contributed contributed knowledge opinions and skills to share with them and the team completed lost of the assigned work usually makes necessary compromises to accomplishments. I think I what I could have done better on the next project that we do is keep my project a little more clean and realistically accurate and be more responsible with things such as a glue and paint.
