Countdown Clock

The Countdown Clock is what we use to signal the band and congregation that service is starting soon.

The Planning Center cue sheet will indicate when this timer is supposed to begin for each service.

1. To start that clock, click the green “Messages” icon on the toolbar. That will drop down a dialog box.
2. Make sure “Countdown” is selected in the dropdown menu and click the “Start” button when the clock on the computer matches the countdown time on PCO.This needs to be accurate!
3. Click “Show message” this puts the clock up on screen for the band backstage and the congregation in the lobby.
