Make sure the top left part of the screen (on desktop) says "Weekend Checklists."

Below, find the list (darker gray, tall boxes that contain smaller white boxes) that has your Sunday's date.

Next, find the card (smaller white boxes inside the list) labeled A2 Checklist (Thursday). It'll have two tags a pink tag saying "On/before Thursday" and a light green tag saying "A2."

If you click on that card, it'll expand. In the description you'll find some useful information. Right now that's the iPad's network name and password as well as a link to the A2 Google Doc. That A2 Google doc has the stage set cheat sheet. This cheat sheet is also posted on the wall backstage and off-stage on the wing where we store equipment.

After the checklist section you'll find a comment section. This is useful to communicate things to the PD or Justin. If we're low on gaff tape, leave a message there and tag Justin. Start by typing an "@" symbol. Then type the person's name you need to tag, they should pop up. Over-communicating is better than under-communicating!
