Campaign Overview:
The "Reverse Sponsorship" localised campaign is a lead-driving tool designed to attract clients to your business by linking a settled loan to a direct donation to a community organisation of your choosing. This campaign will appeal to customers who value community, and especially those who are part of the organisation you are supporting.
How does the Reverse Sponsorship campaign work?
When a customer settles a new loan or refinances an existing one (value of at least $250,000), you donate a pre-agreed amount to the sponsored organisation.
If you would like to run this type of campaign, you can choose from one of the two approved headlines:
"Settle a loan with us and we’ll donate <$xxx> to [name of sponsored organisation] - just mention them in your initial meeting!*"
"Settle a loan with us and we’ll donate the value of a year's registration' or 'a year's registration valued at x' for one full member of [name of sponsored organisation] - just mention them in your initial meeting!*"

To request this campaign – please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Before beginning, please ensure you have obtained formal approval from the organisation or club you wish to sponsor and ensure you have read through the 'important considerations' document.
Step 2:Complete the Google form with all the required information for the Franchise Marketing team.
Step 3: The Marketing team will contact you regarding your campaign request and will arrange the fine print, marketing assets and guidelines so that you can run the campaign compliantly. Please allow 15 working days for all deliverables to be shared with you once the Jotform has been completed.
Step 4: Follow the instructions provided by the Marketing team to activate the reverse sponsorship activity with your sponsored organisation.
Step 5: Ensure you are tracking each settlement and donation in the Google spreadsheet that has been shared with you by the Marketing team.
Step 6: Enter any leads into Broker Platform under the "Local Sponsorships" lead source.
Please maintain records of all gifts given or transferred to customers. These records must be producible upon request by Head Office teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Compliance. Head Office reserves the right to audit your campaign to ensure compliance with these rules.
