Produce Safety Demonstration Trailer

The Produce Safety Demonstration trailer was created in partnership with PSEG Institute of Sustainability Studies (PSEG ISS) at Montclair State University and Kansas State University. The trailer was built in July 2026 by PSEG ISS Green Teams interns and the Technical Development Institute at Kansas State University. 

The demonstration trailer was created for educators to showcase technology used to increase produce safety using sanitization of water and surfaces during the post-harvest process.
