Mr Kevin Shum is the Deputy Secretary of the Singapore Ministry of Transport. He helps to oversee strategy, sustainability and technology, and Singapore’s aviation and maritime policies. He was previously Director-General at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and has worked at the Ministry of Finance and several other Ministries.
