Ms Genevieve Chye is currently Director of Partnerships & Engagement Development in the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and holds a concurrent appointment as Director of the School of Engagement, Academy of Public Communications & Engagement. 

She oversees efforts to develop partnerships and engagement capabilities within MCCY and across government agencies, and firmly believes in the power of engagement to bring people together.

Prior to this, she was Divisional Director of the Engagement & Research Division within the Communications & Engagement Group in the Ministry of Education, and had also served as Principal of Montfort Junior School, Vice-Principal at Evergreen Primary School, and Assistant Director in the Curriculum Planning and Development Division.
