Mrs Lucy Toh is a Literature teacher by training.  She has worked in a number of schools and MOE departments over the last 25 years.  She currently heads MOE’s work in Special Educational Needs.  Being of mixed race, she feels particularly privileged to be Singaporean.  The things she loves best about Singapore are its multiculturalism and its trees!
