OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVES
To enrich and expose pupils to learn at least 1 music instrument.
To develop confidence in performance and showmanship skills
To deepen pupils' appreciation of the arts and promote global awareness
To develop musical abilities such as rhythmic precision and reading of scores
Concert Band CCA are held on Mondays and Fridays (3 hours per session).
Do note that co-payment is NOT required.
PERFORMANCES
Pupils will be given the opportunities to perform in internal school events & to represent the school in external events.
Outstanding pupils will be selected to participate in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentation.
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Pupils will be given opportunities to develop their leadership skills and take on more responsibilities (e.g. Band and section leaders) in the CCA.
