ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS

Artistic Gymnastics CCA sessions are held on Thursdays •
Extra trainings for school team are held on Tuesdays

Do note that co-payment is required for team gym attire.

OBJECTIVES

Artistic gymnastics develops a gymnast's balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. These skills are learned through progressive training, helping gymnasts refine their abilities and build confidence. Gymnasts practice each routine to achieve artistic perfection, fostering self-discipline and resilience. Additionally, it provides opportunities for gymnasts to interact with one another, enhancing their social skills.

National School Games (NSG)

Pupils will attend additional training in preparation for the yearly National Artistic Gymnastics NSG Championships.

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Pupils will be given opportunities to develop their leadership skills and take on more responsibilities (e.g. Captain and Vice-Captain) in the CCA.
