TABLE TENNIS

Table Tennis CCA sessions are held on Thursdays •
Extra trainings for school team are held on Tuesdays

Do note that co-payment is required for team attire.

Objectives:

To develop robustness, fair play and team spirit in the pupils
To develop knowledge, skills and values (hand-eye coordination, reflexes and sense of balance) through regular participation during CCA.
To develop core values, social-emotional competencies and 21st Century competencies
To forge friendships and a sense of belonging

National School Games (NSG)

Pupils have the opportunity to represent KCPPS and take part in the annual National School Games (NSG) in the singles and doubles games.

Leadership Opportunities

Pupils will be given opportunities to develop their leadership skills and take on more responsibilities (e.g. Captain and Vice-Captain) in the Table Tennis team.

I love Table Tennis and joined this CCA as it will help to enhance my skills. Our coaches taught us the rules and fundamental skills of the game. Our teachers played and encouraged us to put in our best! I have made many friends and we build strong teams participating in competitions. I am glad to be the CCA leader being able to serve and lead our Table Tennis Team!

Olivia Hew 5 Excellence (2023)

Table Tennis is one of my hobbies and I get to learn more about it in Table Tennis CCA. Our CCA teachers and coaches are very encouraging and understanding. During the 3 years CCA journey, I am very proud to represent KCPPS in competitions. I have gained valuable life experience and great exposure playing with pupils from other schools.
