1. How can CT parents be involved in CTSS activities?

• Parents are strongly encouraged to join the Parent Support Group (PSG). Details about upcoming events, activities, and requests for volunteers or contributions will be shared through PSG cohort-level WhatsApp chat groups. Parents can then sign up for the events, programmes, or contributions that interest them.

2. Are there any requirements or criteria for parents to join the CT PSG?

• CT PSG welcomes all parents! There are no strict requirements to join. Parents are encouraged to first join the PSG cohort-level WhatsApp chat groups, where they will receive updates and opportunities to participate. You may then choose to volunteer for the activities or programmes that suit your interests and availability.

• If you are keen to contribute more actively, you may approach the PSG Executive Committee (Exco) to explore areas where you can be involved.

3. How many CT PSG activities are there each year?

• On average, there are about 10 PSG activities conducted annually. These are spread out across the year, allowing parents the flexibility to choose which events they would like to participate in.

4. What is the organisational structure of the CT PSG?

The CT PSG has a three-tier structure:

1. Core – Key Appointment Holders (KAHs) such as the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Social Media Administrator.

2. Mantle – Executive Committee (Exco) members who are actively involved in planning and organising activities.

3. Crust – General members who are part of the PSG chat groups and contribute based on their availability and interest.
