SSPR (Student Self-Service Password Reset)
With effect from 20 July 2023, students will be able to perform a password reset on their own with the Student Self-Service Password Reset function in the MOE Identity Management System (MIMS) Portal.
Students will be required to perform a one-time set up of answers to challenge questions in their MIMS Portal to enable student self-service password reset when required.

Student can visit https://mims.moe.gov.sg/sspr to reset their MIMS account password.
Student iCON
Students who have forgotten their Student iCON password to access their PLDs should not attempt more than 2 tries. Student iCON uses the MIMS password. This password is the same as the school computer login password.
To reset the MIMS password, students can either submit a password reset request via http://go.gov.sg/kcslshelpline or the password reset station at any of the Computer Labs to do a self-reset. After you reset the password, this will be the password for both your student iCON and the school computer login.Â

Student Learning Space (SLS)
During school operating hours (Mondays - Fridays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm), students should contact the School-based Helpline via http://go.gov.sg/kcslshelpline for SLS queries including all SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts.
