In-house Technical Support
The ICT Service Desk, located on Level 4, Finbarr Block, is the first point of contact for the repair of the PLDs. Services provided by the ICT Service Desk include:
Coordination of warranty repair
Distribution of loaned PLDs
Hardware maintenance and repair
Operating System or software configuration support
Restoring PLD to factory default
System software updates.
Student will be required to make appointment prior to going to the ICT Service Desk.
