Troubleshooting of device issues*
Collection of devices to be sent for repairs*
Loaning a temp device during the period of repair*
Report damage or loss of device*
*Only personal learning devices procured under PDLP device bulk tender are eligible for these services and the fortnightly collection services provided by contractors.
