Common mistakes:
Wrong purpose statement - Refer to Task box and copy as given.
Link closing statement to the purpose of email. Example: Instead of 'Thank you for reading my email', write 'I wish you all the best for this challenge. You can do it!'.
Sign off - use an informal sign-off such as 'Regards, Warm regards'. Avoid using 'From' as it is a functional word and does not add value to the email.
