In the second study of our project, we followed the traces of Mimar Sinan in Eyüpsultan. We examined the baths, mosques and social complexes built in our district by Mimar Sinan, who is known for his numerous works spread throughout Anatolia and the Balkans in the 16th century. We learned about the structures that bear the traces of the period in both architecture and engineering with the help of a guide working within our municipality. During this trip, discussions were held on cultural heritage and cultural protection. Below, you can see the interactive map showing the stops of our trip and our presentation providing spot information about Mimar Sinan's works in Eyüpsultan.
