  Except for the designated registration, course change, and withdrawal periods, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) cannot provide any assistance for any reason, as it is not possible within the system. Please make sure to check the dates carefully and register for courses accordingly. Any changes must be made within the designated change period. 

• Please check the dates for orientation, cultural experience activities, and the closing ceremony. Attendance is mandatory.

• Any schedules outside the academic calendar, such as for Resident Card procedures, will be shared via email.
