Visits without prior reservation are not allowed.
Reservation can only be made after arriving in Korea.
Each university is assigned to a designated Immigration Office.
Students must visit only their assigned office; visits to other offices are not allowed.
Making a Reservation
For more efficient service, it is required to make an appointment on the Immigration Office's website: http://www.hikorea.go.kr..
You can only make a reservation after entering Korea.
Important Notes
Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. No same-day/holiday/weekend bookings.
Arrival: Be there 5–10 minutes early.
Requirement: Walk-ins not allowed. Must have a reservation receipt.

Seoul Campus Students
The Seoul Southern Immigration Office (which services students at Seoul Campus) is located a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Magok Station on Seoul Subway Line 5
Suwon Immigration Office
Yongin Campus Students
The Suwon Immigration Office is located at Yeongtong (영통) Station on the Suwon-Incheon Line. It is located about 10 minutes away from the station. Please use exit 6 and follow the map.
