HOW TO APPLY

Eligibility

Currently enrolled on Undergraduate programme at MJU partner Institution.
Complete at least one full-time University study
Meet the Language proficiency requirement (English or Korean)

Get Nominated to the Myongji University

Your home university NOMINATES you to the Myongji University if you meet their requirements.

2. Apply for the MJU Exchange Programme

Submit the APPLICATION ONLINE. Apply Online

DOWNLOAD and COMPLETE the MJU nomination form.

4. Language Proficiency Requirement

Applicants must meet the minimum language proficiency requirement for their selected track and submit valid test scores.

Test Score Waiver

Applicants may be exempt from submitting language test scores under the following conditions:

If the applicant is from a country where English is recognized as an official first language; or
If the applicant is from a partner university and submits an official letter issued by their home university

The official letter must confirm that:

The applicant meets the required language proficiency level; and
The applicant is capable of following courses conducted in English or Korean

The document must include an official signature and university stamp.

5. Complete Online Application / Apply for on- campus housing (Yongin Campus)

Applicants are required to complete the online application form and upload scanned copies of all required documents in PDF format.
On-campus housing (Yongin Campus) application will be arranged by the International Office. Detailed information, including fees, will be provided separately prior to the admission package.

6. Accept Offer of Admission

If you meet the University’s admission requirements, you will receive an email with an Offer of Place document, which can be used to apply for a student visa (D-2-6). Click here👉 D2-6 (Exchange student Visa)
