About Automotive club
Automotive Club formed with an agenda to impart design and development skills among the students and engage them in active participation at National and International events. The Club encourages the students to take part in several competitions and expose them to various live demos, industrial tours and competitions on automobiles & their various sub-systems.
Theme and discipline of the club
To initiate the recent advancements in Hybrid electric vehicle, All Terrain Vehicle, Go-Kart & Solar-Kart.
Vision of the club
To develop technical competent mobility professionals in design and development of Automotive vehicles
Expected outcomes and benefits to students/ institute
· Students get a practical exposure to the Design and Development of Automotive vehicles.
· Function effectively as an individual and a member in diverse teams.
· Communicate effectively on advancements in Automotive Technology with Engineering Communities.

1. Team Arvans of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering students bagged the “Overall Champions Trophy” of 5th ISIE “FORMULA IMPERIAL –HVC: 2019” held during Feb.2nd week, 2019

2. TEAM NITROX RACING-ATV Won the “ Most Popular Car of the year” at ENDURO STUDENT INDIA held at Coimbatore, Indian in January 2016.
3. TEAM NITROX RACING-ATV Won 7th position in Endurance race at BAJA SAEINDIA 2016 held at Indore, India in February 2016.
4. TEAM NITROX RACING-ATV Won 20th overall position out of 380 teams at BAJA SAEINDIA 2016 held at Indore, India in February 2016
5. International Go-Kart Championship 2016 hosted by LPU SAEINDIA COLLEGIATE CLUB from 19th to 21st March, 2016. Our vehicle Garuda awarded overall 6th place out of 150 teams
6. International Go-Kart Championship 2017 hosted by LPU SAEINDIA COLLEGIATE CLUB from 24th to 27th March, 2017 and Our vehicle Garuda V 2.0 awarded 4th place in endurance and overall 3rd place.
7. The TEAM ALTIMAS RACING participated in INTERNATIONAL GO-KART CHAMPINIONSHIP, held at RPM, BHOPAL from 23rd to 26th March, 2018 & won 4TH PLACE IN ENDURANCE.
8. International Go-Kart Championship 2019 hosted by LPU SAEINDIA COLLEGIATE CLUB from 15th to 18th March, 2K19. Garuda V 5.0 awarded 4th place in Endurance, 3rd place in Tug of War, Overall 10th position and Winner of “Best Dressed Team award”
9. Indian Karting Race 2020 organized by ISIE from 21-25 January, 2020 at RPM circuit Bhopal. Garuda V 6.0 awarded “FUTURE AWARD for Innovation” & Cash Prize of ₹10K
10. Team IMPETUS RACING All-Girls team awarded “APPRECIATION AWARD” by ISIE in Indian Karting Season-3 held at Budh International Circuit, Greater Noida from 17th to 20th January 2018
11. TEAM NITROX RACING-ATV Won 4th position in "Cost Evaluation" and 5th in "Sales Presentation" in Baja_SAE India, IIT ropar held from 5th - 8th March, 2019.
