Budget & Resources

The Budget and Resource gear was very eye opening to me. I knew that it took a lot of financial resources to supply the students and schools with all of the technology tools that we have, but I really didn’t understand all of the time and effort it took. I have heard complaints from individuals at school about the lack of work that a specific individual does. I just listened and didn’t say anything because I was naive myself as to their responsibilities. From researching this gear I have a better understanding of the many things that this specific individual does for our district and I am so glad I have a better understanding. By sharing this research I hope that other teachers will realize the efforts and work that goes on behind the scenes.
