Curriculum, Instruction, & Assessment

The framework of any classroom begins with curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Using technology in the education of today’s students is an important addition to this framework. Through implementing technology in the classroom we can personalize instruction, connect with other cultures, and deepen our knowledge of any subject. There are many ways to use the advancement of technology into our classrooms, but it takes time and effort from teachers, administrators, and stakeholders. Using data to determine the best uses of technology is an important part of the process. Continually learning what works well with our students and adapting to their needs is an essential part of education. By including this gear in my portfolio I hope to encourage the use of technology among all teachers and administrators.
