THE MURPHY GROUP STANDARDS
Attend weekly meeting (please refer to your calendars for the schedule)
Attend Friday All Partner Call Zoom (11am EST / 9am MST)
Prospect daily from 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Make at least 50 contacts per week
Call every new lead within 5 minutes
Call new leads everyday for the first 7 days until contact is made
Call all "Hot" leads at least once a week or have a follow-up task set
Clear out tasks in Follow Up Boss / Brivity
If standards are not met, you can be taken off leads and/or leads may be released to the Pond.
