We’re a big believer in process and consistency. Our goal is to immediately respond to any new introduction so that we can disposition them asap. Our process is the same no matter who takes the handoff:
Handoff is made to the team
One of the team will call, text and email back an info request template
If the buyer needs some hand holding we’ll make sure to get them on the phone before asking for their info
Once they’re pre-approved you’ll see a PRE-APPROVAL BLUEPRINT come through with everything you’ll need to know about the buyer
They will automatically show up in your Garden State App where you can run scenarios, see if they are qualified for specific houses and most important you can issue pre-approval letters at any time
The app will also let you know when your buyers are running numbers on their own. It’s a great tool to keep tabs on them especially if they ‘go dark’ on you
If you don’t have the app on your phone just let us know and we’ll create a private account for you
Below you’ll see an example of a ‘perfect handoff’ however if you’re on the road you can feel free to make a text intro directly to myself or one of the team.
