All team communications are through Slack
Download Slack app and add to your homescreen
All emails should be sent through Murphy Group email address
All calls, texts, and/or emails should be documented in FUB
All client communications should be responded to promptly
Emails/messages from Mary or Brian should be acknowledged as soon as possible, so we know it was received
All leads should be contacted within 5 minutes
If outside of working hours, they should be contacted within an hour
The speed we contact these leads greatly affects the conversion rate!
Keep up with your Brivity
Every lead should be in the proper stage
Every lead should be on some type of property alert or drip campaign
All contact info for your pending clients should be correct, including date of birth. This is so we can send birthday cards.
