All potential sellers must be entered in Brivity and put on a market report

Fill out the New Listing Paperwork Request Form.

The MG Admin will prepare the listing packet (listing agreement, CIS, Dual Agency, etc)

$495 transaction fee on all listings

Once the listing is signed, fill out as much info in Brivity as you have, and if it was signed in person, send a scanned copy of the signed paperwork to the MG Admin (admin@mgsells.com)

Fill out the MLS Listing Input Form.

Listings will go into the Murphy Group's Bright MLS.

Listings will go into “Coming Soon” status

Once professional photos are available, the listing will go live on the following Thursday. 

Open house will be held that weekend

All sellers should be put in Brivity

You negotiate all offers and home inspections
