I'm ready to go, now what?

We have put together some sample workouts that you can access below. We have also put together exercises that you can choose from.

If you don't like what we have to offer, it's time to choose from the selection of exercises that we have provided from. You will first choose a CORE exercise for the day. Next, you will choose three-four secondary exercises that will help strengthen the CORE exercise that you chose.

All exercises should be performed at 3-5 reps, for 3-5 sets, and with a rest period of 2-5 minutes between each set.

If you are not sure how to perform the exercise, you can click on the exercise and it will take you to a YouTube video that will provide clear and concise instructions on how to perform that lift.
