5 - 3 - 1 Program

Please use the Strength Program below. In order to follow this program you will need to perform a Strength Test for Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Shoulder Press, and Hang Clean. This is a four week program and should be performed 5 weeks prior to the start of preseason. The week before preseason practices should be your rest week.
