Girls Soccer

All players are recommended to participate in the Strength and Conditioning program prior to the preseason.

For the Strength Program, all players will be required to use their Strength Test scores to see how much weight they should be using when they go to the Fitness Center at the high school.

Players will also be participating in a Conditioning Program that will require players to perform sprint and long distance running exercises.
