March Fitness Challenge: Push Up Master

For the month of March we are challenging you to become a Push Up Master! Use the images to the right to select the push up for the day, and perform the amount of push-ups that you believe meets your experience level:

Beginner: 10

Intermediate: 20

Advanced: 30
