What is TRX?

TRX is Suspension Training that uses your body weight as the resistance.

It is a fun and different way of using your bodyweight to improve your overall fitness levels.

TRX has developed its exercises from seven basic movements:

  • Planks
  • Pull
  • Push
  • Rotate
  • Hinge
  • Lunge
  • Squat

Each of these movements within the TRX Suspension Training have many different variations which makes TRX one of the most versatile fitness equipment for you to use.
