Before uploading your work in the AP Digital Portfolio, you’ll first need to save and label your images for easy reference when you’re ready to upload. Here are some tips you can follow to help keep your work organized.
Avoid special characters when labeling your work. Use the standard English alphabet (upper and lower case: A-Z, a-z) or numeric (0-9) values only.
Label the image with your first and last name and the title of the artwork (e.g., FirstLast_Title).
Keep all of your labeled images in a folder you can easily find and use a name for the folder that you’ll remember (e.g., AP Art and Design Images).
The maximum file size for uploaded images is 4 MB per image.
Images should not be smaller than 480 pixels in any direction for optimal viewing.
AP 2-D Art and Design and AP Drawing Portfolios
Based on the maximum file size of 4 MB and a total of 20 digital images, each student needs a maximum of 80 MB of free disk space per portfolio.
When you upload your images for submission, you must identify the following for each image
