We need to know if People with Possibility is helping you make progress in the four practices: Promote Wellbeing, Have Candid Conversations, Build Ownership, and Make Time to Reflect & Adapt. In order to do so, we ask participants to complete an anonymous survey at the beginning and end of their People with Possibility experiences to get a sense for how much change is happening. It is one way that we live the principle of reflecting and adapting so that People with Possibility can continually improve.
